- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Digital goods or downloadable content.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., undergarments, personal care items).
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
